Carnival Fantasy cabins are decorated in a color scheme of cheery yellow and orange with accents of bright red, and are designed to maximize space. Caesars reward credits. In all cabins you'll find reading lamps mounted above the beds, safes in the closet, bedside tables, illuminated vanities, a flat-screen TV and at least one chair.
Closets are generously sized, with plenty of hangers, yet we found the overall storage in our oceanview cabin to be a little tight, so the ledge below the picture window proved to be a handy area for putting such items as toiletries and books. Our room also had only one power outlet; unless you bring a power strip, tasks such as blow-drying hair have to be done in turns. The room also lacked a clock, but wake-up calls can be easily arranged through Guest Services. Hair dryers are not in rooms, but can be delivered upon request.
Bathrooms feature showers and a pedestal sink topped by a small glass shelf, ideal for cosmetics storage. The shower curtain didn't always work as intended but a towel on the floor helped keep the space from becoming soaked. Although the water pressure could have been better, water got hot quickly and stayed that way. The shower stall is outfitted with shampoo and shower gel, both of which left something to be desired in the scent department. Carnival also provides a bar of white bath soap. A box of tissues was stocked and replaced as needed.
Handicapped accessible and adjoining rooms, an ideal option for parents who want to be close -- but not too close -- to their children, are also available in a variety of categories.
Interior: The 185-square-foot inside cabins come in two styles -- those with one twin bed and either a pull-down or sofa bed and those with two twin beds (and occasionally a pull-down, as well). Despite being categorized as 'inside,' some of these rooms have small portholes.
